Having worked with Sarah Gray on a couple of previous design projects, I knew that she would be ideal to work with for the development of New Zealand's first Registered Veterinary Nurse badge. Most of us are familiar with the timeless badges that registered nurses wear on their uniforms to signify their qualifications and professionalism - and that is what we wanted to embody in the the veterinary nursing badge. It was a huge ask of Sarah to create something that would endure for a hundred years, or longer! She did her research and came up with something that has been internationally revered as classic and representative of everything that a professional veterinary nurse in New Zealand can be. It is a legacy that we can all be proud of and it is Sarah's vision that made it happen. We couldn't be more grateful to her for helping us make history.
